Eligibility Criteria for PEEF Scholarships 2025
Students applying for the PEEF Scholarship 2025 must meet the following criteria
- Domicile: Must belong to Punjab Province.
- Academic Performance: Minimum of 60% marks in Matric or Intermediate annual exams conducted in 2023 by BISE or Federal Board.
- Enrollment: Must be a regular student at a government or private institution in Punjab.
- Income Limit: Total parental income should not exceed Rs. 60,000 per month (exceptions apply).
Children of Grade 1–4 government employees and civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are exempt from the income condition.
Special Quota PEEF Scholarships
PEEF allocates 20% of its scholarships under the Special Quota category for marginalized groups. The eligibility categories include

- Children of BPS 1–4 government employees (serving or retired)
