Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has reaffirmed her commitment to providing educational opportunities for students through a transparent and merit-based scholarship programme. The scholarship programme will expand from 30,000 to 50,000 beneficiaries next year. Eligibility criteria will now include second- and third-year undergraduate students. Additionally, plans are in place to extend the programme to students in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), ensuring broader access to financial aid.
